摘　　要：历代医家对失眠症认识虽有不同,但总以阴阳失交、营卫失和、脏腑失衡为病机而发挥。李晶教授认为,本病总以痰气交阻为发病的核心病机,临证多从痰立论,强调痰在疾病发生、发展及治疗中的关键作用。在治疗该病时,善于抓主症、辨主因、守病机,以经方半夏厚朴汤随症加减化裁,取得满意的疗效。文章就李晶教授对失眠症的病因病机认识、诊治经验作一介绍,以供同道借鉴。Medical experts in the past dynasties had different understandings of insomnia,but they all persisted that the general pathogenesis of the disease can be summarized three aspects are the disjunction of yin and yang,the disharmony between nutrient and defensive qi and the imbalance of zang-fu organs.Professor LI Jing believes that the core mechanism of the disease is the cross obstruction of phlegm,and the clinical syndrome is mainly based on phlegm,emphasizing the key role of phlegm in the occurrence,development and treatment of the disease.In the treatment of the disease,LI Jing is good at catching the main disease,distinguishing the main cause,complying with the mechanism of disease,with the prescription of Banxia Houpo Decoction with the disease to reduce the reduction,achieved satisfactory curative effect.This article introduces professor LI Jing’s understandings of the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of insomnia,so as to provide a reference for fellow researchers.
