摘　　要：简介针灸施治法则、针灸处方六原则、针灸取穴三要;论述管氏针灸常用15种配穴法:三部配穴法、俞募配穴法、前后配穴法、十二经表里配穴法、阴阳配穴法、接经配穴法、主客原络配穴法、郄会配穴法、刚柔配穴法、九宫配穴法、上下配穴法、五行输配穴法、肢末配穴法、本经配穴法、一经连用或数经互用配穴法;阐述管氏针灸配穴处方学的学术特点,探讨名老中医学术经验。This article introduces the indications of acupuncture,six principles to prescribe points,and 3 rules to pick points.It describes GUANs’acupuncture’s 15 methods to prescribe points:points from three areas,shu and mu points,front and back points,point on outside and inside channels,ying-yan points,points from connecting channels,yuan and luo points,xi and hui points,husband and wife points,nine palace points,upper and lower points,five element points,extremity points,symptom channel points,connecting points from a single channel,and neighboring points from multiple channels.It presents the academic characteristics of GUANs’acupuncture’s point prescription methods and discusses the academic experience of famous Chinese medicine doctors.
