摘　　要：骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)是具有高度异质性的血液系统常见难治性恶性肿瘤,近年其发病率日益升高,治疗手段无突破性进展,社会危害较大。文章结合本课题组多年MDS临床诊治实践与实验探索,分别从病、证、法、方、药、理对MDS进行阐释,创建完备的MDS"虚毒并治"临床策略,并用相关基础研究和临床研究成果作为实证依据,为持续提高疗效、开展疑难攻关奠定基础。Myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS)is a common refractory malignant tumor with high heterogeneity in the blood system,and its incidence is increasing in recent years.With no breakthrough in treatment,it has great social harm.Based on the years of practice and experimental exploration in the diagnosis and treatment of MDS,the article explains MDS from the aspects of disease,syndrome,method,prescription,medicine and principle,and establishes a complete clinical strategy of treating both deficiency and toxin in MDS and takes the relevant basic and clinical research results as the empirical basis,laying the foundation for continuously improving the efficacy and tackling difficult problems.
