摘　　要：黄芪多糖是黄芪的主要活性成分之一,随着黄芪在临床上的使用越来越广泛,学者对黄芪多糖药理作用的研究也愈来愈深入。黄芪多糖具有调节免疫、抗骨质疏松、改善记忆力、调节血糖、抗肿瘤等药理作用。不同的提取、分离纯化方法对黄芪多糖的含量和纯度均会产生不同程度的影响,进而对其药理作用的发挥也会有所影响。文章在全面查阅并梳理文献资料的基础上,对黄芪多糖的提取、分离纯化和多种药理作用进行综述,并对其作用机制进行探讨,以期为对黄芪多糖的进一步开发利用和研究提供有效的理论支持。Astragalus polysaccharides is one of the main active components of Astragalus membranaceus.With the more and more extensive clinical use of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,scholars have more and more in-depth research on the pharmacological effects of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari polysaccharide.Astragalus polysaccharides has the pharmacological effects of regulating immunity,anti-osteoporosis,improving memory,regulating blood sugar,anti-tumor and so on.Different extraction,separation and purification methods have different effects on the content and purity of astragalus polysaccharides,and then their pharmacological effects will be different.Therefore,on the basis of comprehensive review and review of literature,the extraction,isolation and purification of astragalus polysaccharides and its various pharmacological effects were reviewed,and the mechanism of action was discussed,in the hope of providing effective theoretical support for the further development,utilization and research of astragalus polysaccharides.
