摘　　要：探索扶阳理论治疗缺血性脑卒中的理论依据及临床应用。通过分析扶阳理论的源流考,结合其与缺血性脑卒中的联系,阐述扶阳理论治疗缺血性脑卒中的理论与应用,并分析其具体临床运用。扶阳理论强调阳气为立命之根本,扶助阳气为治病之关键,以宣通和温补为治疗大法。缺血性脑卒中病性属本虚标实,以阳气不足为本,治疗应以扶阳为纲,调补阳气,固护元阳,多用附子、桂枝、干姜、肉桂等温阳药,尤以附子为最。因缺血性脑卒中证型多样,常佐以活血祛瘀、祛痰散结、补益脾肾之品,以得扶正祛邪之效。扶阳理论的适用范围不局限于阳虚患者,在中风病其他证型的治疗上有一定的协同效果甚至起主导作用,因此扶阳理论在缺血性脑卒中的研究与治疗中有开阔前景。To explore the theoretical basis and clinical application of strengthening yang theory in the treatment of ischemic stroke.By analyzing the origin of strengthening yang theory and its relation with ischemic stroke,this paper expounds the theory and application of strengthening yang theory in treating ischemic stroke,and analyzes its specific clinical application.The theory of strengthening yang emphasizes that yang qi is the root of life,and and it is the key to cure diseases.It takes Xuantong and Wenbu as the treatment methods.Ischemic stroke is characterized by deficiency of yang qi,deficiency of yang qi.Treatment should be based on strengthening yang,regulating yang qi,strengthening and protecting yuan yang,and warming yang drugs such as Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Rhizoma Zingiberis and Cortex Cinnamomi should be used,especially Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata.Because of the various types of ischemic stroke,it is often accompanied by the products of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,eliminating phlegm and resolving stasis,and tonifying the spleen and kidney,so as to achieve the effect of strengthening the body and removing pathogenic factors.The application scope of strengthening yang theory is not limited to the patients with yang deficiency,and it has a certain synergistic effect and even plays a leading role in the treatment of other syndromes of stroke.Therefore,strengthening yang theory has a broad prospect in the research and treatment of ischemic stroke.
