摘  要:目的:探究调息操作对人体情绪反应的调节效应。方法:将招募入组的50名健康人,分为自然呼吸状态组(A组)和调息状态组(B组),通过听觉情绪刺激的oddball测验记录脑电事件相关电位变化,对两组P300峰值及脑电功率图进行对比分析。结果:P300峰值各脑区对比,正性音乐刺激条件下大脑顶区B组低于A组(P<0.05),中性音乐刺激条件下大脑顶区、后颞区B组低于A组(P<0.05),负性音乐刺激条件下大脑后颞区B组低于A组(P<0.05),其余各脑区之间差异无统计学意义。相同刺激下两组脑电功率图对比,A组脑区高功率集中在大脑右侧额区、额中央交界区、中央区、中央顶交界区、顶区、颞区,而B组的脑区功率呈全脑降低趋势,并集中在大脑中央区域。结论:调息操作可以降低人体对情绪刺激的反应,并且能使人体对强情绪刺激的反应趋向于中性平稳。Objective:To investigate the regulatory effect of adjustment of breath on human emotional response.Methods:A total of 50 healthy subjects were divided into natural breathing group(group A)and breath-regulating group(group B).The changes of event-related potentials were recorded by oddball test of auditory emotional stimulation,and the differences of P300 data and brain electrical activity mapping between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:By comparing the brain regions of the peak value of P300,it was found that under the stimulation of positive emotional music,the group B in the parietal region of the brain was lower than group A(P<0.05),under the stimulation of neutral emotional music,group B in the parietal region and posterior temporal region of the brain was lower than group A(P<0.05),under the stimulation of negative emotional music,the group B in the posterior temporal region of the brain was lower than group A(P<0.05),there was no significant difference among other brain regions.Comparison of brain electrical activity mapping between the two groups under the same stimulation,it was found that,the high power areas of group A were concentrated in the right frontal area,the frontal and central junction,the middle of the brain,the central parietal junction,the parietal and temporal regions of the brain.In contrast,the brain energy of group B decreased overall and was concentrated in the central region of the brain.Conclusion:Adjustment of breath can reduce the response of human body to emotional stimuli and make the response of human body to strong emotional stimuli tend to be neutral and stable.
