摘　　要：骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)属于先天之精,在治疗组织损伤和免疫紊乱等方面具有广泛应用前景。细胞所处微环境属于津液的范畴,其平衡稳定状态有利于维持细胞生物学特性。肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α是炎症及肿瘤环境的重要细胞因子之一,BMSCs在与其相关的环境中可能发生生物学特性改变甚至恶性转化,具有促瘤或致瘤的风险。中医学认为,炎症时存在热毒和瘀血,并兼有气血耗伤、脏腑损伤蕴结体内,贯穿其发病始终,进而促进炎症向肿瘤的逐渐发展和演进。故益气生津、清热解毒符合保护炎症与肿瘤环境中BMSCs的治则治法。文章重点探讨TNF相关的炎症与肿瘤环境中益气解毒类中药对BMSCs保护的作用,以期为增强中药与BMSCs联合应用的安全性提供理论基础。Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)belong to the innate essence and have broad application prospects in the treatment of tissue injury and immune disorders.The microenvironment of cell belongs to the category of body fluid,and its balanced and stable state is conducive to maintaining the biological characteristics of cell.Tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αis one of the important cytokines in inflammation and tumor environment,and BMSCS may change their biological characteristics or even malignant transformation in the relevant environment,with the risk of promoting or causing tumor.In traditional Chinese medicine,there are heat toxin and blood stasis in inflammation,and there are qi and blood consumption injury and viscera injury in the body,which run through the whole course of inflammation and promote the gradual development and evolution of inflammation to tumor.Therefore,tonifying qi to generate body fluid,clearing away heat and detoxicating accord with the therapeutic principle of protecting BMSCs in inflammation and tumor environment.The article focuses on the protection of BMSCs in TNF-related inflammation and tumor environment by replenishing qi and detoxifying Chinese medicines,in order to provide a theoretical basis for enhancing the safety of combined application of Chinese herbs and BMSCs.
