摘　　要：目的:比较艾灸与岫玉灸对膝骨关节炎临床疗效的影响。方法:选取2019年7月至2021年1月于上海交通大学附属同仁医院就诊的膝骨关节炎患者,随机分为艾灸组和岫玉灸组各47例,其中艾灸组44例、岫玉灸组45例完成研究。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、西安大略省和麦克马斯特大学关节炎指数(WOMAC)、50英尺(15m)步行时间于治疗2、4周与随访8、12周进行疗效评价。结果:治疗4周后,两组VAS评分、WOMAC指数均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),两组15m步行时间较治疗前均显著缩短(P<0.01)。两组组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论:岫玉灸治疗膝骨关节炎能达到与艾灸相似的疗效,且无烟雾异味,安全性高。Objective:To compare the efficacy of moxibustion and jade moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis(KOA)patients.Methods:A total of 94 patients with KOA from Tongren Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University were recruited from July 2019 to January 2021,and randomly divided into the moxibustion group and the jade moxibustion group,47 patients in each group.Finally,44 patients of moxibustion group and 45 patients of jade moxibustion group finished the study.The primary outcome was pain measured by visual analogue scale(VAS),Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index(WOMAC)and 50-feet(15 m)walking time at baseline,week 2,4,8 and 12.Results:After treatment for 4 weeks,the VAS score and WOMAC index were decreased than before treatment in both groups(P<0.01),while the 15 m walking time was shorter than that before treatments in both groups(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference at all levels between groups.Conclusion:Jade moxibustion can effectively treat knee osteoarthritis,similar to the moxibustion,and it is safer and without any smoke.
