摘　　要：报告2例冠状动脉痉挛性心绞痛(VSA)患者冠状动脉造影(CAG)术中行血管内超声(IVUS)检查,2例VSA患者痉挛的右冠状动脉(RCA)均有3处临界病变,IVUS检查为无破裂的纤维斑块,斑块负荷在30%~72%,均采取支架植入处理,1年内随访无心绞痛发作。IVUS可以观察痉挛冠脉的斑块性质与负荷,并指导支架植入。Two cases of vasospastic angina(VSA)patients with IVUS examination during coronary angiography(CAG)operation was reported,the spasm right coronary artery(RCA)of 2 VSA patients had 3 borderline lesions,IVUS examination showed no rupture of fibrous plaque,plaque load was 30%-72%.Patients were treated with stent implantation,and no angina pectoris occurred during follow-up within 1 year.IVUS can observe the plaque nature and load of spastic coronary artery and guide the implantation of stents.
