“党团”能否促“班”:组织性质分异情境中的建设联动

摘　　要：近年来高校党建工作的持续开展,带动了高校思想政治教育工作和党员发展工作的繁荣。其中借助党支部建设成果引领的团支部、班委会建设成为了高校党建工作当中的研究重点之一。但是在关于党支部、团支部以及班委会的建设工作中,三者组织形式本身的差异以及最终服务对象的不同所形成的组织性质分异,导致三者之间的相互协同联动存在一定的隔阂和不足。现阶段党团建促进班建的工作中尚存在顶层设计不够完善、缺少联动协同机制、工作方式与工作范围缺少创新性等问题。基于此,实现组织性质分异情境中的党团班联动建设,首先要在高校内部确立"育人"的共同目标;其次在顶层设计层面强化一体设计,分阶段实行三个组织间的建设联动;再次需要实现组织与人员的交流与对接,工作平台与学习机制的共享;最后创新工作方式,扩展工作范围,实现组织间的高效联动。In recent years,the continuous development of party construction has promoted the prosperity of ideological and political education and party member development in colleges and universities.Among them,leading the construction of league branch and class committee by the achievements of party branch construction has also become one of the research focuses of the party construction work.However,in the workof constructing the party branch,league branch and class committee,the differences in organizational forms of the three and the differences in organizational nature caused by the different objects of final service may lead to some gaps and deficiencies in the mutual coordination and interaction among them.Specifically,at the present stage,there are still some problems in the work of party and league construction promoting class construction,such as the imperfection of the top-level design,the lack of linkage and coordination mechanism,and the lack of innovation in the working mode and working range.To solve these problems,the first step is to realize the linkage construction of party,league and class in the context of organizational nature differentiation is to establish the common goal of"educating people"in the colleges and universities.Secondly,it is necessary to strengthen the integrated design at the toplevel and implement the construction linkage among the three organizations in stages.In addition,it is necessary to realize the communication and docking between organizations and personnel,and the sharing work platform and learning mechanism.Finally,it is necessary toinnovate the way and range of work to achieve efficient linkage between organizations.
