摘  要:高温合金由于其优异的高温力学性能和抗腐蚀性能,广泛应用于航空发动机、燃气轮机的叶片等关键热端部件。在高温、高压及腐蚀环境下的长期服役过程中,容易出现裂纹、磨损等损伤,导致零件失效。激光增材制造为高温合金叶片等损伤部件的修复再利用提供了新的可行途径。综述了激光修复技术在高温合金叶片等部件中的应用现状,重点从杂晶及裂纹两个方面分析了目前激光修复高温合金所面临的主要问题及研究现状。总结了激光修复高温合金的新手段新方法,并对激光修复高温合金的未来发展趋势进行了展望。Due to the excellent high-temperature mechanical properties and corrosion resistance,superalloys are widely used in critical components such as blades of aero-engines and gas turbines.In the long-term service process under high temperature,high pressure and corrosive environment,damages such as cracks and abrasion are easy to appear,leading to the failure of components.Laser additive manufacturing provides a new feasible way for the repair and reuse of damaged components such as superalloy blades.The application status of laser repair technology in superalloy blades and other components was reviewed,focusing on main problems and research status in aspects of stray grain and cracks.The new methods of laser repairing superalloys were summarized,and the future development trend was prospected.
