摘 要:基于ANSYS 17.0软件研究了搅拌电流突变行为以及不同的电磁频率下电流突变对磁感应强度、洛伦兹力和半固态铝合金熔体初生相的影响。结果表明,相同的突变电流下,洛伦兹力和磁感应强度随着电磁频率的增大先增大后减小,在25 Hz时达到最大值;相同的电磁频率下,洛伦兹力和磁感应强度随着搅拌电流突变幅值的增大而增大,在2 A突变至6 A时达到最大值。当电磁频率为25 Hz和突变电流从2 A到6 A的情况下,初生相的形状因子和平均等积圆直径分别为0.71、118μm,达到最佳。Based on numerical simulation methods,a two-dimensional electromagnetic field finite element model of aluminum alloy melt was established,and the effects of current mutation and different electromagnetic frequency on the magnetic induction intensity,electromagnetic force and primary phase of semi-solid aluminum alloy melt were investigated.The results reveal that under the same current mutation,the electromagnetic force and magnetic induction intensity are firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of the electromagnetic stirring frequency,reaching the maximum value at 25 Hz.Under the same electromagnetic frequency,the electromagnetic force and magnetic induction intensity are increased with the increase of the amplitude of current mutation,and the maximum value appears when current mutates from 2 A to 6 A.In the case of the optimal stirring frequency(25 Hz) and the mutation current(2~6 A),the shape factor and average equal-area circle diameter of the primary phase are 0.71 and 118 μm,respectively.
