摘 要:研究了Nd变质处理对Al-20Mg_(2)Si合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当Nd的加入量为0.3wt%时,初生Mg_(2)Si形貌由未变质的粗大汉字状转变为多边形,变质效果最好,初生Mg_(2)Si相尺寸细小,分布均匀,合金抗拉强度为119 MPa,伸长率为1.95%,和未变质合金相比,抗拉强度和伸长率分别提升了52.6%和56%。当Nd的加入量达到0.5wt%时,初生Mg_(2)Si再次粗化,出现过变质现象,致使力学性能降低。Nd变质处理对共晶Mg_(2)Si形貌影响不大。The effect of Nd modification on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-20Mg_(2)Si alloy was studied.The results show that the morphologies of primary Mg_(2)Si changed from coarse Chinese characters to polygons when the amount of Nd was 0.3wt%.When the Nd content was 0.3wt%,the modification effect was the best,and the primary Mg_(2)Si phase was small and evenly distributed.The tensile strength of the alloy was 119 MPa,and the elongation was 1.95%.Compared with the unmodified alloy,the tensile strength and elongation were increased by 52.6%and 56%,respectively.When the addition amount of Nd reached 0.5wt%,the primary Mg_(2)Si coarsened again and appeared over-metamorphism,which results in the decrease of the mechanical properties.The Nd modification had little effect on the morphology of eutectic Mg_(2)Si.
