摘 要:导向器蜡模制备是熔模铸造生产导向器铸件的第一大工序,通过优化注蜡工艺参数提升导向器蜡模的品质。采用Design expert进行试验设计,并结合Moldflow模拟注蜡试验,运用遗传算法对目标函数求解。经分析与验证四个工艺参数对平均体积收缩率的影响顺序为:注蜡温度>保压时间>保压压力>蜡料流量,最优注蜡工艺参数为保压压力0.1 MPa,保压时间13.34 s,蜡料流量32.23 cm^(3)/S,注蜡温度62℃,在此条件下,导向器蜡模尺寸精度达到CT4级别。The preparation of the guide wax pattern is the first major process of investment casting to produce guide castings.The quality of the guide wax pattern was improved by optimizing the wax injection process parameters in this paper.Design expert was used to design the experiment,combined with mold flow to simulate the wax injection experiment,and the genetic algorithm was used to solve the objective function.After analysis and verification,the order of the influence of the four process parameters on the average volume shrinkage rate is:wax injection temperature>pressure holding time>pressure holding pressure>wax material flow.The optimal wax injection process parameters are the holding pressure of 0.1 MPa,and the holding time of 13.34 s,wax material flow of 32.23 cm^(3)/s,wax injection temperature of 62℃.Under these conditions,the guide wax pattern dimensional accuracy reaches CT4 level.
