摘　　要：本文以欧洲与中东对中国"一带一路"的主流认知差异为研究对象,比较分析了两个地区认知差异的具体表现,并从两个地区的国际地位、具体的"一带一路"合作和新冠疫情冲击等方面探讨了欧洲主流认知负面性增加而中东总体上保持积极认知的原因。欧洲与中东对"一带一路"的主流认知差异影响二者在中美博弈中的立场。面对中国的持续崛起,欧洲跟随美国遏制中国的意愿上升,而中东大多数国家并没将崛起的中国视为威胁,希望继续同中国发展"一带一路"框架下的合作关系。如何维系中欧合作关系大局、积极参与中东地区的经济与安全治理、保障"一带一路"稳健拓展和改善我国外部环境等问题值得深入研究和思考。Taking the differences of mainstream perceptions of Belt and Road Initiative in Europe and the Middle East as the research object,this paper compares and analyses the specific manifestations of the cognitive differences between the two regions,and explores the reasons for the increasing of negative perception in Europe and the maintaining of positive perception in Middle East generally from the aspects of the international status of the two regions,the specific cooperation on the Belt and Road Initiative,and the impact of the COVID-19 to the two regions.The differences in the mainstream cognition of the Belt and Road initiative between Europe and the Middle East affect their position in the Sino-US game.In the face of China’s continuous rise,Europe’s willingness to follow the United States to contain China is rising,while most countries in the Middle East do not regard the rising China as a threat,and hope to continue to develop cooperative relations with China under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.How to maintain the overall cooperative relationship between China and EU,actively participate in the economic and security governance in the Middle East,ensure the steady expansion of the Belt and Road initiative and improve China’s external environment are worthy of in-depth study.
