摘 要:文中通过拉伸、弯曲、冲击、硬度试验及金相组织分析,采用镀铜和无镀铜焊丝焊接Q345E低合金钢,并对其接头进行性能对比性研究。结果表明,采用镀铜和无镀铜焊丝焊接的Q345E钢接头均具有良好拉伸、弯曲和低温冲击性能,硬度分布相近且均高于母材的硬度。无镀铜焊丝焊接的Q345E钢接头的低温冲击性能优于镀铜焊丝焊接的Q345E钢接头的低温冲击性能。In this paper, the contrast of Q345 E welded with copper-coated and non copper-coated wire joint performance was studied based on the results of tensile test, bend test, impact test hardness test and metallographic analysis. The results showed that both Q345 E joints welded with copper-coated and non cppper-coated wire had good tensile, bending and low temperature impact properties. Their hardness were higher than those of base metal, and distributions were similar. The low temperature impact property of Q345 E joint with non-cppper-coated wire was better.
