摘 要:适量的I;与淀粉能形成稳定的蓝色配合物(λ_(max)=590 nm).酸性条件下,I_(2)-淀粉溶液中加入适量的对乙酰氨基酚将部分I_(2)还原成I^(-),溶液的吸光度减小.结果表明,对乙酰氨基酚含量(ρ)在0.800 0~5.600μg·mL^(-1)范围内与溶液反应前后吸光度的差值(ΔA)的线性方程为ΔA=0.063 9+0.093 2ρ(μg·mL^(-1))(r=0.999 0).方法用于感冒药中对乙酰氨基酚的测定,相对标准偏差为0.1%~1.2%(n=11),加标回收率为97.0%~102.2%(n=11),方法检出限为0.26μg·mL^(-1),测定结果与药典法相近.Iodine and starch could found blue complex which had maximum absorption wavelength of 590 nm. When acetaminophen was added into the iodide starch system in acidic condition,the iodide would be reduced to iodide ions,and the blue complex’s absorbance would fall down. The reduction of absorbance(ΔA) had good linear relationship with the contents of acetaminophen(ρ) from 0.800 0μg·mL^(-1) to 5.600μg·mL^(-1). The linear regression equation was ΔA=0.063 9+0.093 2ρ(μg· m L^(-1)), the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 0, and the detection limit was 0.26μg·mL^(-1). The relatively standard deviations were from 0.1% to 1.2%(n=11), the recoveries of the method were from 97.0% to 102.2%(n=11).The proposed method had been applied to the determination of acetaminophen in cold medicine,and the results agreed well with those of pharmacopeia method.
