摘　　要：富人俱乐部(rich club)组织属性是图论脑网络的一个重要属性,在阿尔茨海默病(AD)疾病谱的研究中发挥了重要的作用。研究rich club节点及其连接强度的改变有助于揭示AD疾病谱的发病机制,在诊断、鉴别及干预中具有重要价值。就rich club节点的损伤、rich club组织与认知功能改变的关系,及其在AD疾病谱诊疗价值中的研究进展进行综述。The rich-club organization is an important attribute of graph theory brain network,and plays an important role in the study of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)spectrum.Studying the changes of rich-club nodes and their connection strengths is helpful to reveal the pathogenesis of AD disease spectrum,and is of great value in diagnosis,discrimination,and intervention.This article reviews the disruption of rich-club nodes,the relationship between rich-club organization and altered cognitive function,and the research progress of rich-club network in the diagnosis and treatment of AD disease spectrum.
