从“训导”到“育导”——当代中国转型境遇下管理教育变迁的内在逻辑

摘  要:管理教育绝不是空的理论灌输,应是直面实践中组织与人的发展诉求。这需要基于当代中国转型境遇背景,构建“管理教育-管理实践”联动框架,侧重于分析管理教育理念定位变迁。新中国之后管理教育理念与管理实践的关系是丰富而复杂的,既有引进借鉴型,也有相对于管理教育理论更偏重自身现场教育的倾向,还存在管理实践与管理教育平行发展的隐忧。这种平行发展造成管理教育与管理实践的脱节。而近年的“双创”教育、新商科教育的提出,更加倡导“管理教育-管理实践”的有效联动。面向未来的管理创新时代,师者应更深度地直面实践,使管理教育模式从“训导”优化为“育导”。Management education is not just to instill theory into students,but to face the development demands of the organization and people in practice.This requires us to build a framework joining management education with management practice based on the reality of the contemporary China's social transformation.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the relationship between the theory of management education and the management practice has become rich and complex:foreign theories and practices have been introduced into China;the tendency to prefer the on-site education to management education theory also exist;and there are hidden worries about the parallel development of management practice and management education.This parallel development has to some extent led to the disconnection between management education and management practice.In recent years(in particular since 2014),the“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”education and new business education have advocated the effective linkage between management education and management practice.Facing the future era of management innovation,management educators should deepen their understanding of practice and optimize the management education model through turning“indoctrination”into“induction”.
