国家紧急医学救援队启动方舱医院抗击新冠肺炎疫情的思考与启示

摘　　要：目的探讨国家紧急医学救援队在抗击传染病疫情中的作用与发展方向。方法总结国家紧急医学救援队启动方舱医院抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的表现,分析不足,提出建议。结果22支国家紧急医学救援队先后启动15所方舱医院运行,总床位数13000张,累计收治12059例轻症及普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者。笔者所在的广东国家紧急医学救援队先后全程参与了江汉方舱医院、江汉经济开发区方舱医院的开舱与运行,两所方舱共有2246张床位,收治患者共2129例,治愈出院1549例,转院580例,实现了医务人员零感染,患者零死亡、零回头。结论国家紧急医学救援队整建制启动方舱医院,对迅速重建分类救治应急医疗体系、迅速控制传染病疫情效果显著,但仍需加强传染病防控专业技术力量及装备。Objective To explore the role and development direction of the National Emergency Medical Rescue Team in the fight against infectious diseases.Methods The performance of the National Emergency Medical Rescue Team in the cabin hospital to fight against the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic were summarized,insufficient analysis and recommendations were analyzed.Results 22 National Emergency Medical Rescue Teams have successively started operation of 15 shelter hospitals with a total of 13000 beds and treated a total of 12059 patients with mild and common new coronavirus pneumonia.The Guangdong National Emergency Medical Rescue Team has participated in the opening and operation of Jianghan Cabin Hospital and Jianghan Economic Development Zone Cabin Hospital.The two shelters have a total of 2246 beds,admitted 2129 patients,cured and discharged 1549 cases,and 580 cases were transferred.Zero infections among medical staff,zero deaths of patients,and zero relapses achieved.Conclusion The restructuring of the National Emergency Medical Rescue Team started the cabin hospital to quickly rebuild the classified emergency medical system and quickly control the epidemic situation of infectious diseases,but it is still necessary to strengthen the professional technical force and equipment for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
