摘　　要：针对榨菜脱盐控制精确度低、榨菜成品含盐量稳定性差、榨菜成品口感一致性差的缺点,依据榨菜脱盐检测准确性、控制精确性、过程智能性、成品含盐量稳定性的要求,设计了一套榨菜脱盐在线智能测控装备。该装备的盐度检测采用折光原理,能够在线高精度检测榨菜盐度。该装备的应用为提高榨菜生产效率、提高榨菜成品含盐量稳定性、提高榨菜成品口感一致性奠定了坚实基础,具有很大实用价值。Aiming at the shortcomings of low precision of desalination control of mustard tuber,poor salt content stability of the finished mustard tuber,and poor taste consistency of the finished mustard tuber,a set of online intelligent measurement and control equipment for the desalination of mustard tuber is designed according to the requirements of the accuracy of desalination of mustard tuber,control accuracy,process intelligence,and salt content stability of the finished product.The salinity detection of this equipment adopts the principle of refraction,which can detect the salinity of mustard tuber with high precision online.The application of this equipment lays a solid foundation for improving the production efficiency of mustard tuber,improving the salt content stability of the finished mustard tuber,and improving the consistency of the taste of the mustard tuber finished product,and has great practical value.
