河南产景天三七根、茎、花、叶中钙含量的测定

摘　　要：采用EDTA滴定法对河南产景天三七根、茎、花、叶中钙的含量进行测定.结果表明,景天三七根、茎、花、叶中钙的含量分别为1729.41mg/kg、315.00 mg/kg、973.16 mg/kg、413.97 mg/kg.研究为河南产景天三七不同部位作为钙的膳食补充食品的开发利用提供理论依据.The content of calcium in roots,stems,flowers,and leaves of Sedum aizoon L.from Henan province were determined by EDTA titration.The results showed that the contents of calcium in roots,stems,flowers,and leaves of Sedum were 1729.41 mg/kg,315.00 mg/kg,973.16 mg/kg,and 413.97 mg/kg,respectively.This study provided a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of the different parts of Sedum aizoon L.from Henan province as a dietary supplement of calcium.
