摘  要:农作物生物质能是生物质能源较为常见、用途相对广泛的资源之一,农业发达的皖北地区作物种植面积广、生物质能产量大,是发展生物质能回收利用的优势地区.就生物质能回收物流网络建设而言,需充分考虑生物质能资源的主要特性,也要结合收储成本与最优服务半径综合考量物流节点的层次与数量布局.皖北地区的生物质能产量、公路密度、产业发展为生物质能综合利用及其物流建设奠定良好基础,但也面临运输优势有限、集约程度不足、平台建设滞后等问题的制约.皖北地区还需通过建立收储运体系、布局产业园区、搭建信息平台、推进配套建设逐步完善生物质能回收的物流网络.Crop stalks are one of the more common and widely used resources of biomass energy.North Anhui,where the agriculture is developed with a wide area of crops and large straw yields,has great advantages for the development of biomass energy recycling.As far as the construction of logistics network for biomass energy recycling is concerned,it is necessary to fully consider the main characteristics of straw resources,and the level and quantity layout of logistics nodes in view of the cost of storage and the optimal service radius.Northern Anhui has a good foundation for the comprehensive utilization of straw and its logistics construction for its straw production,highway density,and industrial development,but it also faces the constraints from limited transportation,insufficient intensity,and hysteresis in platform construction.Therefore,it is necessary for northern Anhui to gradually improve the logistics network for biomass energy recovery through the establishment of a system of collection,storage and transportation,good layout of industrial parks,construction of information platforms,and promotion of supporting services.
