摘 要:构建节能粗评估方法,在众多运行的污水处理厂中找到节能空间较大的,集中力量和资源减低其电费成本,通过逐渐降低有节能空间的污水处理厂电费。构建的节能粗评估方法主要针对进水提升单元和生物处理单元,从运行调控和设备配置两方面进行计算,考虑了运行水位、污泥浓度、设备效率等影响因素,通过计算优化条件下的功率与实际功率之间的差值,找到节能空间较大的污水处理厂。为验证该方法有效,从100多座污水处理厂中筛选出4座采用该方法进行计算,结果显示B厂的节能空间最大,对B厂进行详细分析后,通过调整水泵运行水位、优化排泥等方法将该厂的电耗降低了15%,证明了构建的节能粗评估方法的有效性。Construct a rough assessment method for energy conservation,in order to find a wastewater treatment plant with a large space of energy saving among many operating wastewater plants.The resources are concentrated to gradually reduce the electricity cost of a wastewater plant with energy saving space.The constructed energy-saving rough evaluation method is mainly aimed at the water intake lifting unit and the biological treatment unit.From two aspects of operation regulation and equipment configuration,the difference between the power under optimization conditions and actual generated power is calculated to find a wastewater plant with a large energy saving space,taking into account factors such as operating water level,sludge concentration,and equipment efficiency.Four wastewater treatment plants were selected out of hundreds wastewater treatment plants and the calculation was performed using this method.The results showed that the energy saving space of plant B was the largest.After detailed analysis of plant B,the water level was adjusted by adjusting the pump’s operating water level and optimizing sludge reduction.,the power consumption of the plant reduced 15%.The effectiveness of the method is proved.
