摘  要:基于雄安新区新型城市水系统的双循环模式,课题从维持健康自然水循环、发挥城市水系统各项社会功能两个层面、水资源、水环境、水生态和水安全4个维度,研究提出了"四水统筹、人水和谐"的新型城市水系统建设标准(控制指标),包括城市水系统构建标准、城市水设施建设标准和韧性城市水系统构建标准3项;以落实新发展理念引领雄安新区城市水系统高标准的规划建设。Based on the new mode of binary structure of urban water system in Xiong’an New Area,from the two aspects of maintaining a healthy natural water cycle and urban water system having various social functions,the"four water as a whole,the people and water in harmony"of the new urban water system construction standards(control indexes system)was put forward,with four dimensions of water resources,water environment and water ecology and water security.Including urban water system construction standards,urban water facilities construction standards and resilient urban water system construction standards,which are aiming to implement the new development concept and to lead the high-standard planning and construction of the new urban water system.
