摘  要:为探索调蓄池的选址方法,综合考虑影响城市内涝的积水风险和超载风险,提出采用层次分析-灰色关联分析(AHP-GRA)方法建立多目标风险评估模型,并对城市内涝风险进行综合分析,以加权灰色关联度小于0.6的节点作为分散调蓄的选址点。应用案例验证表明:以该评估模型选取的位置设置调蓄池与传统的末端调蓄方案相比,对消除城市内涝风险,提高城市防涝标准有显著效果,可得到合理的调蓄池选址方案。In order to explore the location method of the storage tank,and comprehensively consider the risk of water accumulation and overload risk affecting urban waterlogging,it is proposed to adopt the analytic hierarchy process-grey correlation analysis(AHP-GRA)method to establish a multi-objective risk assessment model,and carry out the risk assessment of urban waterlogging.Based on comprehensive analysis,the nodes with a weighted gray correlation degree less than 0.6 are used as the site selection points for decentralized regulation and storage.Application case verification shows that setting the storage tank at the location selected by the evaluation model has a significant effect on eliminating the risk of urban waterlogging and improving the urban waterlogging prevention standard compared with the traditional terminal storage plan,and a reasonable location of the storage tank can be obtained.Program.
