摘  要:采用“冷轧-部分重熔”技术制备半固态ZCuSn10P1铜合金浆料,利用Gleeble-3500型热/力学模拟试验机对半固态ZCuSn10P1铜合金进行单向压缩试验,研究半固态ZCuSn10P1铜合金压缩变形时液固两相协同变形行为和组织演变规律。结果表明:半固态ZCuSn10P1铜合金单向压缩变形后,近球状固相晶粒会变为纤维状或胞状晶。半固态ZCuSn10P1铜合金在应变速率为1 s^(-1)条件下从350℃到880℃等温压缩后显微组织发生变形,其主要变形机制为:固相粒子的塑性变形机制(PDS)、固相粒子之间的滑移机制(SS)、液固相混合流动机制(FLS)和液相流动机制(LF)。半固态ZCuSn10P1铜合金在压缩过程中,应变速率越大,所承受的变形抗力越大,试样被破坏程度越大,当压缩变形温度较高时,半固态ZCuSn10P1铜合金发生沿晶断裂。The semi-solid ZCuSn10P1 copper alloy slurry was prepared by“cold rolling and partial remelting”strain-induced melting activation(SIMA)method,the unidirectional compression experiment of the semi-solid ZCuSn10P1 copper alloy was carried out by Gleeble-3500 thermal-mechanical simulation tester,and the behavior of liquid-solid two-phase cooperative deformation and microstructure evolution of the semi-solid ZCuSn10P1 copper alloy during compression deformation were studied.The results show that the nearly spherical solid-phase crystal grains of the semi-solid ZCuSn10P1 copper alloy change into fibrous or cellular grains after unidirectional compression deformation.The microstructure of the semi-solid ZCuSn10P1 copper alloy is deformed after isothermal compression at 350℃-880℃with strain rate of 1 s^(-1),and the main deformation mechanisms are:plastic deformation of solid particles(PDS),sliding between solid particles(SS),flow of liquid incorporating solid particles(FLS)and liquid-phase flow(LF).During the compression process,the greater the strain rate,the greater the deformation resistance and the greater the damage degree of the semi-solid ZCuSn10P1 copper alloy.When the compression deformation temperature is higher,the intergranular fracture occurs in the semi-solid ZCuSn10P1 copper alloy.
