摘 要:以含氮不锈钢粉末为原料,利用金属注射成形(MIM)法制备了含氮无镍无钼的CrMnN系不锈钢,并对其微观组织、力学性能、耐腐蚀性能和磁性能等进行了表征和分析。结果表明:在0.05 MPa的氮气压力下,经1320℃烧结1 h制备的试样经固溶处理后其表层组织为单相奥氏体,心部为奥氏体和铁素体的双相组织,富铬碳化物分布于晶内和晶界上,氧主要以含锰的氧化物存在于富铬碳化物中。试样由表层至心部,硬度和含氮量逐渐降低,单相奥氏体层的厚度大于400μm。试样的抗拉强度和屈服强度分别为730和512 MPa,饱和磁感应强度、矫顽力、初始磁导率和最大磁导率分别为1.17 T、2560 A/m、1.4和6.9,表层经24 h人工汗及24 h盐雾试验后不生锈。CrMnN stainless steel containing nitrogen without nickel and molybdenum was prepared by metal injection molding(MIM)using nitrogen-containing stainless steel powders as raw materials,and its microstructure,mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and magnetic properties were characterized and analyzed.The results show that the surface microstructure of the sample prepared by sintering at 1320℃for 1 h under nitrogen pressure of 0.05 MPa and then solution treatment is single-phase austenite,the core is two-phase structure of austenite and ferrite,chromium rich carbides are distributed in the grain and grain boundary,and oxygen mainly exists in chromium rich carbides as manganese-containing oxides.The hardness and nitrogen content of the sample decrease gradually from the surface to the core,and the thickness of single-phase austenite layer is greater than 400μm.The tensile strength and yield strength of the sample are 730 and 512 MPa,respectively,and the saturation magnetization,coercivity,initial and maximum magnetic conductivity are 1.17 T,2560 A/m,1.4 and 6.9,respectively.The surface layer of the sample will not rust after 24 h artificial sweat and 24 h salt spray test.
