摘  要:制膏过程是牙膏生产中核心的工艺环节,制膏设备从最初的机械式电气控制已经转变为现在的自动化控制,随着我国智能化、数字化技术的提升,以及智能制造技术的发展,睿控科技依托物联网、大数据、人工智能等先进技术,助力制膏设备和过程智能化、数字化提升。本文为了实现制膏过程工艺配方管理及全自动化生产,提出全新的基于工艺配方管理的制膏智能自控系统,其特点在于制膏的工艺配方可以进行预设并进行版本管理,制膏全过程由系统自动控制,脱离工人对设备的管控,提高膏体品质和一致性,减少人力,缩短制膏时间,提升效率。The paste-making process is the core technological part in the production of toothpaste.The paste-making equipment has changed from the initial mechanical electrical control to the current automatic control.With the improvement of China’s intelligence and digital technology,as well as the development of intelligent manufacturing technology.Relying on advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence,Ruikong Technology helps to improve the intelligent and digitalization of paste-making equipment and processes.In order to realize the process formula management and fully automatic production of paste making process,a new intelligent automatic control system of paste making based on process formula management is proposed in this paper.Its characteristic is that the process formula of paste making can be preset and version managed,and the whole process of paste making It is automatically controlled by the system,separated from the worker's control of the equipment,improves the quality and consistency of the paste,reduces manpower,shortens the paste production time,and improves efficiency.
