醒脑开窍针刺法联合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗塞偏瘫患者血清脂肪细胞因子及可溶性E—选择素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨醒脑开窍针刺法联合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗塞(CI)偏瘫患者血清脂肪细胞因子及可溶性E-选择素(SES)水平的影响。方法:选取荥阳市第二人民医院2019年7月—2020年7月间收治的95例CI偏瘫患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组47例,观察组48例,对照组予以醒脑开窍针刺法,观察组予以醒脑开窍针刺法联合补阳还五汤进行治疗。对比两组治疗4周后神经功能、脂肪细胞因子(脂联素、内脂素及抵抗素)及SES水平。结果:治疗后,观察组美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.526,P<0.05);治疗后,两组内脂素、抵抗素及SES水平均升高,脂联素水平均降低,但观察组内脂素、抵抗素及SES水平低于对照组,脂联素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.942、7.554、6.570、6.558,P<0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍针联合补阳还五汤治疗CI,可促进患者神经功能恢复,调节脂肪细胞因子、SES水平均衡,促进疾病恢复。Objective:To investigate the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoc-tion on serum adipocytokine and soluble E-selectin(SES)in patients with cerebral infarction(CI)and hemiplegia.Methods:95 pa-tients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the researchsubjects,according to random number table method,they were divided into control group with 47 cases and observation group with48 cases.The control group was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method,while the observation group was treated withBuyang Huanwu Decoction on this basis.The neurological function,adipocytokines(adiponectin,visfatin and resistin)and SES levelswere compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment.Results:After treatment,the national institute of health strokescale(NIHSS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=7.526,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of visfatin,resistin,and SES in the two groups increased,and the levels of adiponectindecreased,but the levels of visfatin,resistin,and SES in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and thelevels of adiponectin were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.942,7.554,6.570,6.558,P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of CI canimprove neurological function,regulate the balance of adipocytokines and SES levels of patients,and promote disease recovery.
