摘　　要：介绍了LS-05型天然气有机硫水解催化剂的开发及工业应用情况。催化剂载体滚球成型,采用浸渍法制备,综合性能达到国外同类催化剂水平。LS-05型催化剂在中石化普光净化厂进行了工业应用,工业应用结果表明:装置运行正常,催化剂水解率高于99%,成品天然气φ(COS)<0.0001%,自主研发的有机硫水解催化剂成功实现了工业化应用。The development and industrial production of LS-05 natural gas organic sulfur hydrolysis catalyst are introduced.The catalyst carrier adopts rolling ball molding,and the catalyst is prepared by impregnation method.The comprehensive performance of the catalyst reaches the level of similar foreign catalysts.The LS-05 catalyst has been industrially applied in the SINOPEC Puguang Purification Plant.The industrial application results show that the device is operating normally,the catalyst hydrolysis rate is much higher than 99%,the COS content of the finished natural gas is less than 0.0001%,and the self-developed organic sulfur hydrolysis catalyst has successfully achieved industrial application.
