摘　　要：介绍了整体移位技术在烟气制酸系统换热器更换过程中的应用情况。整体移位技术在不影响生产的情况下实现了换热器的整体更换安装,使用卷扬机和千斤顶解决了大型设备横向移位、纵向抬升的两大难题,将换热器更换工期由4个月缩短为1个月,大幅节约了成本,具有较好的推广应用价值。The application of integral displacement technology in the replacement of heat exchanger in flue gas sulphuric acid system is introduced.The integral displacement technology realizes the overall replacement and installation of the heat exchanger without affecting the production.The winch and jack are used to solve the two difficult problems of transverse displacement and longitudinal lifting of large equipments.The replacement period of the heat exchanger is shortened from 4 months to 1 month,which greatly saves the cost and has good popularization and application value.
