摘　　要：介绍了转炉送停风作业时制酸系统压力自动控制程序在贵溪冶炼厂的应用情况。转炉送停风作业时会引起送至制酸系统的烟气量周期性波动,不但会影响制酸系统动力波洗涤器入口的压力,也会使冶炼车间排烟系统的压力随之波动,造成生产不稳定。制酸系统压力自动控制程序的应用,稳定了制酸系统和排烟系统的压力,优化了SO_(2)风机的效能,提高了生产控制水平,实现了稳定生产和节能降耗,同时也降低了仪表操作人员的劳动强度。The application of automatic pressure control program of acid making system during converter air supply and shutdown in Guixi Smelter is introduced.During the air supply and shutdown of the converter,the amount of flue gas sent to the acid making system will fluctuate periodically,which will not only affect the pressure at the inlet of the power wave scrubber of the acid making system,but also fluctuate the pressure of the smoke exhaust system of the smelting workshop,resulting in unstable production.The application of automatic pressure control program of acid making system stabilizes the pressure of acid making system and smoke exhaust system,optimizes the efficiency of SO_(2) fan,improves the production control level,realizes stable production,energy saving and consumption reduction,and reduces the labor intensity of instrument operators.
