摘　　要：介绍了在线氧分析仪、SO_(2)分析仪、硫酸浓度分析仪等仪表的工作原理、工艺参数及其在废酸裂解装置中的应用。高效、准确的在线分析仪在废酸裂解制硫酸生产中的使用,提高了装置自动化程度,降低了生产成本,优化了工艺参数,减少了环境污染,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。The working principle,process parameters and application in waste acid cracking unit of on-line oxygen analyzer,SO_(2) analyzer and sulphuric acid concentration analyzer are introduced.The application of high-efficiency and accurate on-line analyzer in the production of waste acid cracking to sulphuric acid improves the automation degree of the unit,reduces the production cost,optimizes the process parameters,reduces environmental pollution,and has good economic and social benefits.
