摘　　要：异丁烷脱氢装置脱氢单元停用脱异丁烷塔T1501,用于节省0.4MPa蒸汽,但在开工时无法对反应系统进行垫料,按照原有流程只能重新投用脱异丁烷塔T1501,能耗和原料造成浪费。利用现有流程,增加一根管线在保证垫料组分为气相,不仅保证了装置顺利开工,而且还减少了能源的浪费。The dehydrogenation unit stops the isobutane tower T1501,to save 0.4 MPa of steam,but the reaction system cannot be padded at the construction time,and the deisobutane tower T1501,can only be reused according to the original process to waste energy consumption and raw materials.Using the existing process,add a pipeline to ensure that the cushion component is the gas phase,ensure the smooth start of the device and reduce the energy waste.
