乡村医生基层卫生人才能力提升培训成效及问题的调查分析——以茂名市电白区人民医院为例

摘　　要：目的以每5年工龄为一梯度,对医院培训学员进行实时考核、走访调查及相关人员反馈等,评估培训成效及存在问题。方法调查内容包括出勤情况、病史采集及病例书写能力、四大教学活动、学员轮转以及考核手册情况与反馈。结果培训期间,不同工龄阶段的调查结果相差较大。结论基层卫生人才能力提升培训主要是以实际需求为导向,以补短板为目标,以提高基层医疗卫生服务能力和家庭医生团队实用技能为重点,坚持医防融合的原则。加强常见病、多发病的诊疗能力和实操能力、应对突发公共卫生事件和应急处理能力以及儿童眼保健等方面培训。结合新型冠状病毒性肺炎疫情的发展变化,与时俱进,通过增设新冠防护科普课程、实时更新教学方式、完善考核方案等以提高教学效果,达到不断提高群众的获得感和对基层医疗卫生服务的利用率和满意度的目的。真正做到医疗资源"沉下去",服务水平"提上来"。Objective Take the length of service every five years as a gradient to conduct real-time assessment,visit and investigation and feedback from relevant personnel to evaluate the training effectiveness and existing problems.Methods The survey contents include attendance,medical history collection and case writing ability,four teaching activities,student rotation and assessment manual and feedback.Results During the training period,the survey results of different seniority stages vary greatly.Conclusion The ability improvement training of grass-roots health talents is mainly based on the actual demand,aiming to make up for shortcomings,focusing on improving the grassroots medical and health service ability and the practical skills of family doctors,and adhering to the principle of medical prevention integration.We should strengthen the training of diagnosis and treatment ability and practical operation ability of common diseases and frequently occurring diseases,response to public health emergencies and emergency handling ability,as well as children’s eye health care.Combined with the development and changes of the epidemic situation of COVID-19,we should keep pace with the times,and improve the teaching effect by adding new crown protection science courses,updating teaching methods in real time and improving assessment programs,in order to continuously improve the people’s sense of access and the utilization and satisfaction of grassroots medical and health services.Truly achieve the"sinking"of medical resources and the"raising of service level".
