摘 要:目的探讨大学生创业教育与创业意向的关系,以及主动性人格在二者之间的调节作用。方法采用创业教育量表、创业意向量表和主动性人格量表对248名大学生进行调查。结果大学生创业教育对创业意向有显著正向影响(β=0.633,P<0.001);大学生主动性人格对创业意向有显著正向影响(β=0.186,P<0.01);主动性人格在大学生创业教育与创业意向间呈显著正向调节作用(β=0.09,P<0.05)。结论加强大学生创业教育有助于增强创业意向,激发创业兴趣;在实施创业教育的过程中,还应注重学生主动性人格的培养,有针对性地开展创业指导。Objective To explore the relationship between college students’entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention,and the moderating effect of proactive personality on them.Methods 248 college students were investigated by entrepreneurship education scale,entrepreneurship intention scale and initiative personality scale.Results Entrepreneurship education has a significant positive influence on entrepreneurial intention(β=0.633,P<0.001).Proactive personality has a significant positive influence on entrepreneurial intention(β=0.186,P<0.01).Proactive personality has significantly positively moderated the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention(β=0.09,P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening entrepreneurship education of college students can enhance their entrepreneurial intention and stimulate their entrepreneurial interest;in the process of implementing entrepreneurship education,we should also pay attention to the cultivation of students’proactive personality and carry out targeted entrepreneurship guidance.
