摘　　要：JEM-F200场发射透射电子显微镜是贵重的大型精密设备,为保障电镜的正常运行,需要对电镜进行定期维护和检查。本文简要介绍了JEM-F200电镜的主要特点、日常维护以及常见的故障的解决办法供参考借鉴。JEM-F200 field emission transmission electron microscope(FETEM)is a valuable large precision equipment.In order to ensure the normal operation of the FETEM,it is necessary to maintain and inspect the TEM regularly.This paper briefly introduces the main features,routine maintenance and common troubleshooting of JEM-F200 transmission electron microscope for reference.
