摘  要:采用锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂主鞣和复鞣后,在加脂阶段分别加入4%不同种类的防水加脂剂TJA9986、TJA999、TJA9981和WA-71进行处理,检测其坯革的收缩温度、接触角、静态吸水率和动态防水性能。研究结果表明:收缩温度与防水剂选择无明显依赖关系;四种防水剂制得的坯革接触角均大于90°,WA-71防水剂坯革接触角接近120°;所有坯革样品静态吸水率均低于45%,与防水皮革静态吸水率标准相比,都具有较好的防水效果;所有坯革样品在动态防水测试的时,透水时间都大于200 min,其中TJA9986和WA-71防水剂制得坯革样品透水时间大于260 min;所有坯革试样的2h动态吸水率都小于35%。坯革的防水性能均达到了防水革标准的要求,且不含铬,可以用作专用防水鞋的鞋材。The main tanning and retanning of cattle leather were carried out with self-made Zr-Al-Ti compound tanning agent and retanning agent.4%water-repellent fatening agents TJA9986,TJA999,TJA9981 and WA-71 were added into the tanning stage,respectively.The shrinkage temperature,contact Angle,static water absorption rate and dynamic water-repellent performance of the leather were detected.The results show that there is no obvious dependence between shrinkage temperature and selection of water-proofing agent.The contact Angle of wa-71 water-proofing agent was close to 120°,and the contact Angle of WA-71 water-proofing agent was more than 90°.The static water absorption rate of all leather samples was lower than 45%,which had better waterproof effect compared with the standard of static water absorption rate of waterproof leather.In the dynamic waterproof test,the water permeation time of all leather samples was more than 200 min,and the water permeation time of TJA9986 and WA-71 leather samples was more than 260 min.The 2h dynamic water absorption of all leather samples was less than 35%.The finished leather meets the requirements of waterproof leather and does not contain chromium.It can be used as the manufacturing material of special waterproof shoes.
