摘 要:随着孤东油田勘探与开发程度逐渐深化,薄层边际油藏对其采收率和可采储量的提高尤为重要。孤东油田薄层边际油藏砂体厚度薄、储层物性差、原油黏度大,整体采出程度低,开发处于经济效益边缘,难以形成完整的挖潜技术对策。以孤东油田二区薄层边际油藏为例,通过聚类分析算法划分储层流动单元,从而实现薄层边际油藏储层的精细表征与展布范围的刻画。在此基础上,利用数值模拟建立薄层边际油藏4类开采方式理论模型,依据模型采收率与累计产油经济界限评价优化调整薄层边际油藏开发技术,制定了与油藏地质特征相适应的水平井蒸汽吞吐开发方案;基于流动单元平面展布与开发技术调整指导布井,通过矿场实施方案实例对理论模型进行验证与优化,最终建立完整的薄层边际油藏挖潜技术。矿场实践验证了理论模型的准确性,此方法可为成熟探区勘探开发一体化综合研究提供新的思路与借鉴。With the deepening of exploration and development of Gudong Oilfield,thin marginal reservoirs play an important role in improving the recovery and recoverable reserves.Due to the influence of thin sandbody thickness,poor reservoir physical property,and high viscosity of crude oil,the production degree of thin-layer marginal reservoirs is low.Therefore,development is at the edge of economic benefit,and it is difficult to form a complete technical strategy for tapping the potential.Taking the thin-bed marginal oil reservoir in the second area of Gudong Oilfield as an example,the cluster analysis algorithm is used to divide the reservoir flow units,to realize fine characterization and the description of the distribution range of thin-layer marginal reservoirs.On this basis,a theoretical model of four types of production modes for thin marginal reservoirs was established by numerical simulation.According to the evaluation of the model recovery factor and the economic limit of cumulative oil production,it was evaluated the optimization adjustment of thin layer marginal reservoir development technology,and it was formed the development plan of horizontal well steam stimulation corresponding to the geological characteristics.Based on the plane layout of the flow unit and the adjustment and guidance of the development technology,the theoretical model was verified and optimized through the example of the field implementation plan,and finally,a complete technology for tapping the potential of the thin marginal reservoir was established.The field practice has verified the accuracy of the theoretical model,and this method can provide new theoretical ideas and practical references for the integrated comprehensive research of exploration and development in mature exploration areas.
