摘 要:雷家碛井区固井时漏失状况时有发生,造成水泥浆低返,无法保证固井质量。通过综合分析钻井参数、测井数据、固井施工数据和固井质量测井数据,判断出纸坊组下部层段为主要可疑漏失层位。根据固井施工过程反演模拟结果,计算出可疑漏失层段地层承压密度当量介于1.44~1.52 g/cm^(3)之间。为提高固井质量,分别从井眼准备、钻井液性能调整、水泥浆柱优化设计、水泥浆性能优化、施工过程精细管理五个方面综合考虑,形成一套适合该井区的易漏失井固井配套工艺技术。现场试验表明,采用易漏失井固井配套工艺技术,顶替期间漏失量明显减少,声幅测井显示环空水泥浆返高明显上升,全井合格率达到90%以上,储层段封固质量优质,为后期的压裂施工提供了安全保障。In the Leijiaqi well area,leakage occurs frequently during cementing,resulting in low cement slurry return,and the cementing quality can not be guaranteed.Through comprehensive analysis of drilling parameters,logging data,cementing operation data,and cementing quality logging data,it is concluded that the lower part of Zhifang Formation is the main suspect lost zone.According to the inversion simulation results of cementing construction process,the bearing capacity of the formation in the suspicious lost circulation zone is calculated to be between 1.44 and 1.52.In order to improve the cementing quality,it is considered comprehensively from five aspects including wellbore preparation,drilling fluid performance adjustment,cement slurry column optimization design,cement slurry performance optimization,and fine management of the construction process.And then it was formed a set of cementing technology for lost circulation wells suitable for this well area.The field tests show that the use of cementing technology for easy-to-leakage wells significantly reduces the amount of leakage during displacement.Acoustic amplitude logging shows that the return height of the annular cement slurry is obviously increased,the qualified rate of the whole well is over 90%,and the sealing quality of the reservoir section is excellent,which provides the safety guarantee for the later fracturing test.
