摘　　要：栝楼是一种多年生葫芦科植物,其果实、种皮、种子和根均可入药,同时瓜蒌子又是一种较时尚的休闲食品。作者就近年来湖南省内栝楼种植及研发进展、产业现状及存在问题进行了调研与分析,并对湖南栝楼产业的发展提出了建议和对策。Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxin is a perennial plant of Cucurbitaceae.Its fruit,seed coat,seed and root can be used as medicine.Meanwhile,Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxin seed is a fashionable leisure food.Based on the investigation and analysis of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxin planting and research progress,industrial status and existing problems in Hunan Province in recent years,the author puts forward sugges⁃tions and countermeasures for the development of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxin industry in Hunan Province.
