生物反馈电刺激治疗女性盆底功能障碍研究进展

摘　　要：盆底功能障碍是女性常见疾病,其发病机制较为复杂,导致女性出现性生活障碍、压力性尿失禁等,严重影响女性的生活质量。女性盆底功能障碍治疗方法有多种,保守治疗方法仍然以药物、锻炼为主,恢复患者盆底肌功能。生物反馈电刺激在功能障碍治疗中能够反馈患者生理信号,通过自我调节达到改变其生理功能的目的。目前,盆底功能障碍治疗中应用生物反馈电刺激的研究文献较多,成果十分显著。本文论证生物反馈电刺激在女性盆底功能障碍治疗中的进展成果。Pelvic floor dysfunction is a common disease in women,and its pathogenesis is complex,leading to sexual dysfunction and stress urinary incontinence in women,which seriously affects women*s quality of life.There are many treatment methods for female pelvic floor dysfunction,and conservative treatment is still based on drugs and exercise to restore the patients pelvic floor muscle function.Biofeedback electrical stimulation can feedback patients physiological signals in the treatment of dysfunction and change their physiological functions through self-regulation.At present,biofeedback electrical stimulation has been widely used in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction.This article demonstrates the progress of biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction.
