摘  要:目的分析2020年朝阳市8~10岁儿童碘缺乏病监测结果。方法2020年以朝阳市的所有7个县(市、区)为单位,按东、西、南、北、中5个片区各抽取1所小学的8~10岁非寄宿生40人(男女各半,年龄尽量均衡),检测儿童随意一次尿碘及其家中食用盐碘,测量受检儿童的甲状腺容积、身高、体质量。结果1400名儿童尿碘中位数为182.15μg/L,甲状腺肿大率为1.20%;甲状腺容积与身高、体质量、体表面积、体质指数均呈正相关(r=0.354,P<0.05;r=0.304,P<0.05;r=0.302,P<0.05;r=0.200,P<0.05);城市儿童的甲状腺容积大于农村;除8岁组外,9、10岁两组儿童尿碘值高,同时甲状腺容积大。结论朝阳市8~10岁儿童碘营养处于适宜状态;儿童甲状腺容积不仅受年龄、地区、尿碘影响,也受身高、体质量、体质指数、体表面积等因素影响,其中与身高之间关系最为密切。Objective To analyze the monitoring results of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD)among children aged 8-10 years in Chaoyang City in 2020.Methods In 2020,40 non-boarding students(half males and half females,with the age balanced as far as possible)aged 8-10 years old were selected from one primary school in each of the 5 districts in the east,west,south,north and middle of Chaoyang City,with all 7 counties and urban districts as the units.The results of casual urine iodine of students and the iodine contents of edible salt in their homes were tested,and the thyroid volume,height and weight of the children were measured.Results The median urinary iodine of 1400 children was 182.15 jJig/L,and the goiter rate was 1.20%.Thyroid volume was positively correlated with height,weight,body surface area and body mass index(r=0.354,P<0.05;r=0.304,P<0.05;r=0.302,P<0.05;r=0.200,P<0.05).Thyroid volume of urban children was larger than that of rural children.Except for the 8-year-old group,children in the 9-year-old and 10-year-old groups had both high urinary iodine values and large thyroid volumes.Conclusion Iodine nutrition of children aged 8-10 years old in Chaoyang City is in an appropriate state.The thyroid volume of children is not only affected by age,region and urinary iodine,but also affected by height,weight,body mass index,body surface area and other factors,and the relationship with height is the most close.
