摘 要:目的评价青海省碘缺乏病防治效果。方法按照《重点地方病控制与消除评价办法(2019版)》执行。结果全省43个县管理指标均达到85分以上;全省碘盐覆盖率99.12%,合格碘盐食用率94.06%;8~10岁儿童尿碘中位数为196.1μg/L,无尿碘中位数<100μg/L的地区;孕妇尿碘中位数为189.3μg/L,无尿碘中位数<100μg/L的地区;儿童甲状腺肿大率0.77%,无肿大率>5%的地区;儿童和孕妇碘营养适宜,无新发克汀病病人。结论青海省碘缺乏病防治取得显著成效,实现消除碘缺乏病目标。Objective In order to evaluate the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD) in Qinghai Province.Methods According to "Key Endemic Disease Control and Eliminate Evaluation Method(2019 edition)." Results The management index of 43 counties reached above 85 points, the coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.12%,the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 94.06%;the median of urine iodine of children aged 8-10 years was 196.1 μg/L,and there is no place where the median of urine iodine was less than 100 μg/L;the median urinary iodine of pregnant women was 189.3 μg/L,and no place where the median urinary iodine was less than 100 μg/L;the goiter rate of children was 0.77%,and the goiter rate was more than 5%,which we have not found the place;the iodine nutrition of children and pregnant women was suitable, and there were no new cretinism patients.Conclusion The prevention and treatment of IDD in Qinghai Province has achieved remarkable results and realized the goal of eliminating IDD.
