摘　　要：为了提升高校档案信息资源的开发利用效率,该文对信息化背景下高校档案信息资源的开发利用进行研究,文中分析了档案资源开发利用的重要性和现状,并提出了开发利用的措施,包括构建档案数据库、运用多样化的技术开发档案信息资源、建立档案信息资源开发法律法规和标准、加强档案管理人才的培养,希望可以为有关人员提供参考。In order to improve the efficiency of the development and utilization of archive information resources in colleges and universities,this article studies the development and utilization of archive information resources in colleges and universities under the background of informatization.It analyzes the importance and current situation of the development and utilization of archive resources,and proposes development and utilization measures,including the construction of archives database,the use of diversified technologies to develop archives information resources,the establishment of archives information resource development laws,regulations and standards,and strengthening the training of archives management talents,hoping to provide references for relevant personnel.
