摘　　要：地面测报是气象业务中的一项基础性工作,随着我国经济与科技实力的快速发展,观测技术水平也得到快速提升。但是天气条件瞬息万变,对于从事地面测报的工作人员的要求十分严苛,需要其具备应对各种极端天气的能力,可以有效解决气象观测工作中面临的各种技术难题,并确保气象数据的准确性、实时性,减少因恶劣天气造成的损失。Ground observation and forecasting is a basic work in meteorological service.With the rapid development of China’s economic and scientific and technological strength,the level of observation technology has also been rapidly improved.However,the weather conditions are changing rapidly,so the requirements for the staff engaged in ground measurement and reporting are very strict.They need to be able to deal with various extreme weather,which can effectively solve various technical problems faced in meteorological observation,ensure the accuracy and timeliness of meteorological data,and reduce the losses caused by bad weather.
