摘 要:研究改良氨液法发黑液组成及工艺参数对黄铜发黑膜外观质量的影响,采用SEM分析观察膜层结构的致密性.碱式碳酸铜40~50 g/L,氨水200~300 mL/L,反应温度20~40℃,反应时间20 min时,可获得外观质量优秀的膜层.发黑液浓度降低后可加入稳定剂继续使用,发黑膜膜层经3%硫酸铜点滴测试和耐磨性测试.结果表明,发黑膜具有可靠的耐腐蚀性与耐磨性,能满足制品的使用要求.The effect of composition and process parameters of improved ammonia solution blackening solution on appearance quality of brass blackening film was studied.The densification of film structure was analyzed and observed by SEM.The basic copper carbonate 40~50 g/L,ammonia 200~300mL/L,reaction temperature 20~40℃,reaction time 20 min can obtain excellent appearance quality of the film.After the blackening concentration is reduced,stabilizer can be added to continue to use.The blackening film is tested by 3%copper sulfate drop test and wear resistance test.The results show that the blackening film has reliable corrosion resistance and wear resistance,and can meet the application requirements of products.
