摘 要:以太阳能热发电系统中储热量为680 MWh、容积约为3000 m^(3)的熔盐储罐为研究对象,利用有限元方法建立其动力学分析模型,计算分析了熔盐储罐在不同承载下的模态特性以及熔盐液位对模态频率的影响。研究结果表明,熔盐液位对储罐的模态特性有较大影响,与空载下各阶模态相对应的模态频率相比,含熔盐液体的熔盐储罐模态频率明显下降,除此之外还出现了熔盐液体的晃动模态,特别地,在满载下,前825阶模态均为熔盐液体的晃动模态。因此,只有通过对熔盐储罐在各种承载下的模态特性进行全面的计算分析和动力学设计,才能确保熔盐储罐在不同承载下运行和各种外界激励下的安全。The molten salt storage tank with heat storage capacity of 680 MWh and volume of 3000 m^(3) in solar thermal power generation system is taken as the research object,and its kinetic analysis model is established by finite element method.The modal characteristics of molten salt storage tank under different load conditions and the influence of molten salt liquid level on modal frequency are calculated and analyzed.The results of this research show that the molten salt liquid level has great influence on the modal characteristics of the storage tank.Compared with the modal frequency of each mode under no-load,the modal frequency of the molten salt storage tank containing molten salt liquid is significantly lower.In particular,under full-load,the first 825 modes are all slosbing modes of molten salt liquid.Therefore,only through the comprehensive calculation analysis and kinetic design of the modal characteristics of the molten salt storage tank under various loads can ensure the safety of the molten salt storage tank under different loads and various external excitations.
