摘  要:针对风力机大量的变桨轴承滚道疲劳失效问题,以某MW级变桨轴承为研究对象,研究滚道次表面应力的理论计算方法;在此基础上,利用控制变量法研究轴承不同结构参数对次表面应力场及硬化层的影响规律;并利用有限元仿真分析预紧力对滚道次表面的影响。研究表明:可通过增大滚珠直径、辅助参数或减小沟道曲率系数等途径降低次表面应力和最小淬硬层深度;滚道次表面应力理论计算与有限元分析结果基本一致,验证了理论的合理性;随着预紧力的增大,滚道次表面应力小幅增加。Aiming at the fatigue failure of pitch bearing raceways of wind turbines,the theoretical calculation method of raceway subsurface stress of a megawatt-scale pitch bearing is studied.On this basis,the influences of different structural parameters of the bearing on the subsurface stress fields and the hardened layers are studied using the control variable method.And the influence of bolt tightening force on the raceway subsurface is analyzed by finite element simulations method.The results show that the subsurface stress and the minimum hardened layer depth can be reduced by increasing the ball diameter,auxiliary parameter or reducing the channel curvature coefficient.The theoretical results are basically consistent with the finite element analysis results,which validates the rationalitetical results of the theoretical results.Furthermore,with the increase of the pre-tightening force,the raceway subsurface stress increases slightly.
